Want to know where your order is? Here's how to track it.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email we sent once your order left our warehouse — it includes your tracking number.
2. Copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the courier's tracking page (link included in your confirmation email).
3. You'll see the latest status, location, and estimated delivery date.

Can't find your tracking number? Check your spam/junk folder for the shipping confirmation email. Still can't find it? Contact us with your order number and we'll send it over.

Tracking not updating? It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to activate after your order ships. If it's been longer than that with no movement, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

Order status meanings:

• Processing — we're preparing your order
• Shipped — your order is on its way
• Out for delivery — arriving today/tomorrow
• Delivered — successfully delivered
