We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our return process works.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email [support@pawcostore.com] with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions and an address
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Exceptions

 hygiene products, sale items, custom orders, used products are non refundable
